Kathryn has worked in the NHS for over 15 years in both acute and community settings. Her area of specialism is with adults with acquired neurological disability. She has experience of treating and supporting clients with progressive neurological disorders as well as providing rehabilitation for clents with an acquired brain injury.

Most recently, Kathryn has focused on treating and supporting clients within their own home. She also works within care homes, working with families, carers, and other professionals, to help fulfil a client's potential.

Kathryn is a Specialist Dysphagia Practitioner having extensive experience in assessing oropharyngeal dysphagia and advising on appropriate management plans. She also has experience in supporting clients to use AAC, augmented and alternative communication, systems both low and high tech.
